1) General

  • Use of the SteveAyling.com website and other services we provide is at your own risk and we can not be held responsible for loss or damages resulting in the use of any information provided. This includes any financial loss suffered as a result of using our services.

  • We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions and/or discontinue any service at any time.

  • The copyright, design rights and artwork on the web site belong to SteveAyling.com . All other intellectual property rights are reserved. This web site is for personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this web site. You may only download to your personal computer for viewing purposes and print out a number of pages of this web site for your personal use.

  • We can not accept responsibility for others promoting our service as something that it does not do or in a different light as which it is meant to be used. Others claims are their responsibility not the responsibility of SteveAyling.com or its owners. We will only provide the service that we offer and not anything that has been miss promoted by others.

  • If you are unable to access this site, or any site service due to situations out of our control, not limited to but including issues with browser settings and cache, computer or internet settings or personal ability we can not be held responsible for any loss of time or service and we are unable to provide recompense for this. It is your responsibility to provide a working computer/system to access the site. We are always happy to help you where we can and advise on how to get around issues you may be experiencing so please submit a support ticket for any issues.

  • We provide a support desk as a first point of contact for any issues. Please always submit a support ticket and note down the ticket number so you can return to check for a reply. If your support ticket is of a email nature and you are not receiving emails from us then you probably will not get the email to say we have replied so noting down your ticket number is of major importance. Any support ticket submitted of a rude or demanding nature will not be replied to, remember we are here to help and work with you not to put up with abuse. Please do not reply to emails with support questions as we get so many emails it will most likely never be seen.

  • All promotional contests and bonus offering either set up manually or by an automated contest, bonus system is provided as a bonus only. We accept no liability over any lost prize/award or reward due to any interference with the contest system included and not limited to system timeout, system failure, users missing claim links or browsers not allowing system follow through for reward completion. In all contests/bonus rewards the managements decision is final. All bonuses/rewards are offered solely as a bonus and are not an entitlement of the user.

3) SteveAyling.com Internet Marketing Client Accounts - Development & Marketing Work
  • We sell client services under the following terms:

  • Development work clients must be pre-aproved by Steve and their sites cannot promote religion, Arms, Idiology, drugs or and adult based services.

  • Work/advice must be pre paid by purchasing 30 minute slots and after completion the time taken will be deducted from your clients account 30 minute slots balance.

  • We do not guarantee all projects can be completed and if we spend half an hour looking at a site to find out the issue is something that we cannot fix then only the one 30 min slot will be deducted from the account 30 minute slot balance.

  • Work is undertaken in 30 minute minimums, for example work taken up to 30 minutes will attract a pre paid time deduction of 1x 30 min slot. Work that takes between 30 minutes and one hour will attract 2x 30 minute slot deductions.

  • Advertising & Marketing work is carried out on a pre arrange schedule and selected for each client during the initial consultation. Any agreed provided service will be discussed before work starts.

  • Banner advertising impressions and other offered marketing services have no guarantee on delivery time as delivery will vary depending on sites activity etc. All purchased advertising will be delivered but it could sometimes take a bit of time to reach the end goal. Expected completion time and average delivery times can be discussed via sending in a support ticket prior to purchasing.

  • Due to limited availability I may pause the taking on of new clients or the sale of adverting or marketing services depending on demand, workload and the availability of required resources.

  • You must maintain a valid email address and be subscribed to updates to maintain your acocunt activity. Any account found unsubscribed to admin updates or not logged in to for 365 days may be deleted and all pre paid balances lost.

  • Should you wish to delete your client account you can do so inside the members area, please note all details and pre paid time balances will be lost if you delete your account.

4) Working With Me At SteveAyling.com Internet Marketing
  • Working with me at SteveAyling.com Internet Marketing means us working together to test and track your sites results and the possibility of it being listed in my recommendations websites where it would be promoted to others to join.

  • Before a site is added it must be tested to see wether it meets my strict criteria. This takes on various ways of testing including but not limited to checking the sites working, the look and layout of the site, the ease of use of the site/service and the testing of the service and checking of the results.

  • To achieve the testing you must work with me and provide the full service to me to test and use. The testing could take a few months as we use result tracking links to see how the service performs and no site will be added to the recommendations list until it has been fully tested.

  • Please note: My recommendations list currently lists the top 25 services and even after testing your site would need to fall into the top 25 to be listed. However the list does change from time to time and constant use and testing may mean that it could work it's way into the list.

  • There is no paid option to be listed, all sites are listed for free and are genuinely ones that I use and produce results for me. You cannot buy a slot and no payment is taken to add your site. The only thing required is you provide me with the required service for free to test it and if you want to remain in the top pr work your way into the top 25 you would need to provide the service going forward too. Stopping providing the service for testing may result in your site working it's way out of the top 25 positions.

  • You are required to pay me any affiliate commissions earned when promoting your site as an affiliate wether you are in the top 25 listings or not. I would however be earning them by promoting the site so you are getting the service that you would be paying commissions for.

5) Payments
  • We take payments at SteveAyling.com via Stripe/Uphold for any reason that you need to send us money. This includes but not limited to website development work, Internet marketing services and advertising sales advice or as payment for promoting your sites or services as an affiliate.

  • Payments are processed via Stripe/Uphold a 3rd party and we accept no liability for any loss or damage incurred by use of their services. Please see their terms and conditions for the terms of use of their service.

  • No detials are kept by us regarding payments except for a log of name, ammount and reason for payment due to tax recording purposes.

  • Details may be shared with tax authorities or law officials in relation to aid any investigation when we are required to by law.

  • Payments for account funds/balance that can be used to purchase development work are manually added to accounts so please allow up to 48 hours for those balances to reflect in your account (maybe a little longer if I am on holiday). Once the funds show in your account you can use them to purchase working time slots and these are automatically added to your account.

  • Payments added to account funds/ account balance are non refundable.

  • When sending funds to your SteveAyling.com account you must send a minimum of $35 at any one time. If you send less then the funds will not be added until you have added enough to make $35. Please note that $2 will be deducted for each payment made under $35 to cover transaction fees. Example: If you send $20 instead of $35 then you will need to send another $19 as that would be 2 transactions below $35 meaning 2 fees of $2 each will be applied.
